About the Role: An exceptional opportunity to drive sales on a $700M development launching Q1 2026, with strong earning potential. Manage the full sales process from prospecting to settlement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed project sales targets Deliver compelling sales presentations and handle negotiations with ease Manage client relationships from first contact through to post-sale service Maintain deep knowledge of each project, including pricing, timelines, and key selling points Collaborate with internal marketing and admin teams to support sales outcomes Track and report on sales performance, using CRM systems like Salesforce Ensure compliance and accuracy in all contracts and documentation About You: Proven background in project sales , real estate , or property development Strong communication and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding client service Willingness to travel to project sites (primarily Brisbane and the Gold Coast) What’s on Offer: $55,000 base salary superannuation Uncapped earning potential – commission paid 50% at exchange, 50% at settlement Real opportunity to earn $650k in front-end commissions based on forecasted sales volumes Regular Brisbane-based work with some travel to the Gold Coast Work alongside an experienced and driven team in a high-growth environment Why Join?
